The cosmic talisman is the key to the cosmic altar, where rune stones are bound into cosmic runes. This item is exclusive to Resurrection RSC and was not available in the original RuneScape Classic.
Creation[edit]
Use a cosmic rune on an uncharged talisman. This needs level 27 Runecraft, uses 10 cosmic runes and gives 35 Runecraft experience.
Uses[edit]
- Locate tells you which direction the cosmic altar's mysterious ruins lie in.
- With the talisman in your inventory you can enter the ruins and bind rune stones at the altar inside. Binding cosmic runes needs level 27 Runecraft and gives 40 experience per rune stone. You make 2 runes per stone from level 59.
- Cast Curse on it to make a cursed cosmic talisman, or Enfeeble to make an enfeebled cosmic talisman.
The Rune Mysteries quest must be complete before a talisman can be used.
