The watering can keeps gathering spots healthy. It exists as a full can and an empty can. This item is exclusive to Resurrection RSC and was not available in the original RuneScape Classic.

Uses[edit]
Roughly one attempt in seven, a gathering spot needs watering before it gives any produce. With a full can in your inventory the spot is watered automatically; without one you have to wait. Watering also gives a small chance that the spot is not depleted. A can holds 5 waterings and then becomes empty – refill it at a fountain or sink.
