Creation[edit]
Made only by Dominus, the boss master who roams Rimmington. He takes all four veteran boss capes, 2,250,000 coins and requires 500 King Black Dragon, 500 Nyrex, 150 Valkor and 500 enraged shadow giant kills. The capes handed in are used up.
Uses[edit]
While worn:
- 35% chance for a missed melee attack to be re-rolled (the Attack cape perk).
- 35% chance for a melee hit of at least half your max hit to become a critical, adding 32.5% of your max hit (the Strength cape perk).
- 35% chance to halve the damage of an incoming hit (the Defense cape perk).
- Every boss's private instance costs at most 1,000 coins.
