Creation[edit]
Requires level 12 Herblaw. Add 10 fish oil to an unfinished marrentill potion, giving 250 Herblaw experience. Making it requires the Druidic Ritual quest. A Herblaw cape has a 15% chance to save the secondary ingredient.
