Bought from Sir Vyvin (White Knights' Castle, Falador) for 99,000 coins once you have level 99 Defense. The cape is untradeable, and a replacement can be bought for the same price.
Uses
35% chance to halve the damage of an incoming hit. The total damage blocked is shown after each kill.
