The enfeebled chaos talisman is a chaos talisman that has been enfeebled. It sacrifices everything for experience. This item is exclusive to Revival RSC and was not available in the original RuneScape Classic.
Creation
Cast the Enfeeble spell (level 73 Magic) on a chaos talisman. It is untradeable.
Uses
Binding rune stones at the chaos altar with an enfeebled talisman gives five times the Runecraft experience, but needs level 49 Runecraft (14 higher than normal) and comes at a cost: no runes are made, the rune stones are still used up, the talisman explodes for 3 damage and your Runecraft level is temporarily drained by 15%. If you carry both a cursed and an enfeebled talisman, the enfeebled one is used. It cannot be used while wearing a Crown of the artisan.
