Use an energy on the gem to enchant it into an enchanted giant gem. This requires level 85 Slayer, the Giant gem enchantment (3,000 points) unlock from a slayer master and 15,000 nascent energy, 7,500 prime energy, 3,500 elder energy, 250 primordial energy, and gives 50,000 Slayer experience.
An unenchanted gem can instead be sold to any slayer master for 5,000 Slayer experience.
