The makeover waiver is a quest item from Peeling the Onion. This item is exclusive to Revival RSC and was not available in the original RuneScape Classic.
Item sources
Given by the Make-over Mage during the quest. He replaces it if lost.
Uses
Read it and choose to sign it, then hand it back so that he can try to turn you into an ogre.
Notes
Peeling the Onion is a custom free-to-play quest.
