Creation[edit]
Dragon scale mail is made by Wayne at Wayne's Chains in Falador once you have completed the Dwarf Youth Rescue miniquest. Bring him 150 chipped dragon scales, 500 dragon metal chains and 500,000 coins. That works out to 30 King Black Dragon scales and 10 dragon bars. The dwarf smithy note lists the recipe in game.
