The dwarf smithy note is a readable note explaining how dragon scale mail is made. This item is exclusive to Resurrection RSC and was not available in the original RuneScape Classic.
Item sources[edit]
Given by Gramat when you complete the Dwarf Youth Rescue miniquest, which requires the Dwarf Cannon quest. Completing the miniquest is also what unlocks the lava forge, the lava anvil and Wayne's help with the armour.
Uses[edit]
Reading it lists the recipe: 500 dragon metal chains and 150 chipped dragon scales, taken to Wayne in Falador.
